It’s the first Back Page Football podcast of 2016, meaning there is plenty for Neil and Paul to discuss as Leicester City wrapped up the Premier League title last weekend.

How did Claudio Ranieri’s side defy all the odds and maintain such consistency over 38 games to see off much wealthier and more established opponents?

There’s discussion around the failings of both Manchester clubs, with both City and United falling short of expectations, while Everton are on the lookout for a new manager having parted company with Roberto Martinez.

At the bottom, we bid farewell to the long since departed Aston Villa who will be joined by Newcastle United and Norwich City in the Championship, with Burnley, Middlesbrough and one other to be determined heading in the other direction.

To wrap things up, the lads focus on the Europa League Final as Jurgen Klopp aims to win his first silverware as Liverpool manager.
