After a sport filled summer, it’s back to the bread and butter as the Premier League returns, and the lads offer their thoughts on how the 2012/13 season will pan out.
Despite Manchester United’s purchase of Robin van Persie and subsequent weakening of Arsenal, there’s unanimous opinion on where the trophy will go this time out.
With Brendan Rodgers at the helm, Liverpool are expected to enjoy a better year, while Chelsea’s outlook gets mixed reactions with Willie believing they will struggle under the guidance of Roberto Di Matteo. Neil and Ger have much more faith following their recent acquistions however.
At the bottom of the table, it’s a question of whether it’ll be a simple case of ‘three up, three down’, although teams like Wigan and Swansea could find themselves dragged towards the drop zone as well.
The pod rounds of with some predictions that will no doubt be hopelessly wrong within the first few weeks!
