The first legs of the Capitol One Cup semi finals took place this week, and both Ger and Paul were happy enough with how their respective sides Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool faired.

Now that we’re at the business end of the competition, are we seeing how much value it still holds with all four remaining sides eager to pick up a trophy?

There’s discussion on the Premier League as Arsenal caused something of a surprise at Manchester City, while the Alan Pardew influence continues to work wonders at Crystal Palace.

The lads look ahead to the FA Cup fourth round this weekend, while Neil answers some questions on the Asian Cup as the hosts Australia progress to the semi finals.
