I was so sad to hear about all the players picking up injuries…but the pang was a little deeper for both Essien and Drogba. Two of the continents (current) biggest ambassadors. Its a shame, especially when you compare it to players like Eto’o who threaten to walk out on their team in the midst of tantrum….I really hope the reports about Muntari going AWOL are not true.
