this has some mistakes dalglish took over at blackburn in 91-92 and got them promoted through the playoffs in the first season of the premier league 92-93 blackburn bought alan shearer for a british record fee of 3.25 million (what a bargain in todays terms) and finished 4th in the second season 93-94 blackburn finished second then in 94-95 blackburn did the unthinkable and won the premier league but the clubs major downfall after this amazing achivement was that the club never pushed on dalglish immediatly moved "upstairs" as director of football and ray harford took over as manager but jack walker wasnt convinced and wouldnt back him in the transfer market the best example of that is harfard went to walker and asked to sign a french player called zidane from bordeaux and his response was what do you need zidane for when you have got tim sherwood so this was the beging off the end the star players left the money dried up and the club got relegated a few seasons after winning the league and the way football is now i cant ever see anything like this ever happening again
