Having dived into mainstream football head first by picking up a contract to supply kits to Liverpool, Warrior are making more strides in the market with the launch of its debut boot collection ‘Skreamer’.
Coming your way this month, the Skreamer Pro will head the collection and is sure to get tongues wagging with its unique look and feel.
The boots are available in both soft and firm ground form and feature a number of breakthrough technologies which Warrior says are completely new to the football world.
The one piece S-Lite microfibre upper is enhanced with micro injection moulding and rebound technology, while an Arrowhead Forefoot Vamp gives players a dominant edge when it comes to power and ball control.
The Arrow Bed Insole sits inside the Skreamer Pro, a design component that promotes optimal circulation under the foot while heightening tactile sensitivity. This is strengthened by the boot’s lightweight Thorax Exo-Skeleton cage that protects and shields the mid-foot during play. Engineered with a seamless internal construction system, the Skreamer Pro prevents internal abrasion by providing players with ultimate form-fitting comfort.
To provide grip and release, specifically angled ClawTec Blades make the Skreamer Pro quick and easy to handle. A slash-proof Heel Shield provides players with extra support, while the Carbon X-Bow shank enables hyper-acceleration and game-enhancing stamina.
The boots are supported by a tough, P-BX Outsole to ensure force and stability at high speeds and are completed with a Deep Lace system for exceptional fit and feel.
“Our product development team is led by of some of Europe’s finest – industry game changers who are constantly finding new ways to design and engineer products that excite and empower each and every footballer,” says Global head of Warrior Football Richard Wright.
“We’re extremely proud to step foot into the boot market with the Skreamer Pro – it’s a silent assassin; the ultimate balance of acute strength and sharp speed.”
Everton star Marouane Fellaini has signed on with Warrior and will debut the boots in today’s game against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
“I chose Warrior because my approach to the game and desire to win is the same as theirs,” says Fellaini.
“It’s a brand that does things differently to the others and I really like that. We are a great fit and I’m excited about the chance to influence a new generation of young footballers alongside Warrior.”
The good folks at Warrior have also kindly given us a pair to try out so we’ll report back in a few weeks!
