Thanks. Just like the media normally reports ‘bad news’ it seems the sporting media does the same. There are plenty of footballers who do a lot of good work for the community etc… or even on a bigger scale Drogba’s work in the Ivory Coast, but I guess that doesnt sell newspapers!

There are still a lot of positive sides to footballers having twitter. As a Bayern fan, I’m following Tymoschsuk’s posts, and they’re usually a great source of behind-the.scenes pictures of the dressing rooms or the team bus or him and Franck Ribery in Lederhosen.
