He’s a better player in other ways (fitness, pace, strength, shooting) but I doubt even Maradona would say he can play a pass as well as Silva.

Not sure Tevez is the same type of player. Yes, his work rate is second to none, and he always scores goals, wherever he goes; but I’m not convinced he has the same vision, technique and ability to unlock a defence. In fact, he’s more likely to be the star striker running on to the end of the defence-splitting passes provided by a Silva or Modric.
