Seconded. I hope Fergie is keeping tabs on him too. Although I can't see him at Old Trafford as Manchester United have an array of talent in attack already, both currently at the club and out on loan.

I do hope I am wrong and Neymar is one of the 'targets' that Ferguson mentioned in a recent press conference. It would be great to see the Brazilian's creativity, skill and composure coming in from the left.

Great reference to Henry. Any player given that sort of comparison is destined for a long and rewarding career at the top.

You never know, Santos might do business in the form of a straight swap - Neymar for Bebe...... errr.....or maybe not!

Hi Ad

Yes I agree about Neymar; Some fantastic composure for someone so young - he reminds me of a young Robinho but with a seemingly greater understanding of the positional aspect of the game. Worked the left-central area expertly, and came deep at the right time. Showed great poise when on the ball too, not over-elaborate, seeking to bring in other teammates at the right moment. The finish too, Henry'esque, anticipating the defender's slight movement to the right and cooly slotting home! Hope Fergie is on to him :)

I agreed that Ramires looked impressive against Scotland and he is really starting to prove his worth both at Chelsea and for Brazil, where he has become a regular feature.

After enduiring and uneasy 'bedding in' period in England, I now rate Ramires as one of the best midfielders in the league.

As much as I was taken back by Ramires' presence in midfield, I was more impressed with Neymar and his movement in attack.

I've not seen him play before (except for his best bits on various youtube clips) and he does look like a special player with a great future.

It will be interesting where he (Neymar) ends up in the summer.

Yeh he was very good, very assured. Only 24 so got a long time to develop. I wouldn't say the end of Mikel or rate him higher than Essien at this stage, in all honesty he didn't look like he could cope just a few months ago but is now looking better. Essien is a fantastic player and if Ramires emulates him I think many Chelsea fans will be happy, still a way to go though.
