Most assists in the League this season says to me he has still got some left in tank.

At 32 years old age he is never going to be the same type of player and we shouldn’t expect him to be. As for ruining his legacy….I don’t know how that can be his record speaks for itself.

As an LFC fan, I was skeptical about his ability to play for us regularly this season, as he looked a bit off in the last season or two. But he’s proved everyone who thought he’d lost his legs wrong. He has the most assists in the league and 4 goals to his name. He’s also covered the most ground of all PL players. I feel as if he’s doing a Pirlo on it, and maybe he can lead us to at least one more trophy, be it big or small, in his career.
