		<description><![CDATA[Terracing undoubtedly creates a good atmosphere and is an option for dealing with over-priced tickets which could in turn open the game up to more supporters. Whether this will help include families and younger supporters is debatable as you have touched on.

 I just dont think, no matter how successful its been in Germany, we will ever risk a Hillsborough again. The disaster is too close to all of the footballing community today and even with the most effective management and technology the risk will never be allowed to happen again, and this is one of the minimal things I am proud of from footballs governing bodies.]]></description>
