@Julian I’d definitely agree that the style/quality of football in Serie A has improved over the past season. It’s steadily approaching the heights of the early 90s again, it could be a few years off but it’s definitely on the rise.

@Jimmy Crikey. Don’t know what happened there. It was late…games blend together. Duly fixed.
Lovely finish for Hamsik by the way. He has been criticised as being underwhelming for Napoli compared to last season. Whether that’s correct or not, he’s still crucial to their European dream.

Lavezzi pulled it back for Hamsik who controlled it with his right and then steered it past Curci with his left.

Only at Roma would you see that kind of fashion. What an absolute monster Cavani is turning into, as well. Surely one of the signings of the season and that’s not just for Italy- but all of Europe as well. And finally, it’s nice to see that Italians and Inter can play nicely.
