I think it was referring to the brief unpredictability of the EPL, when Aston Villa and Hull had a spell in the Top 4. But of course it didn’t last.

Meanwhile the Bundesliga and teams like Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg all vying in the top four all season.

The opening pragraph is very confusing. What have Aston Villa and Hull got to do with the Bundesliga?
The rest is a nice, detailed look at one of the more interesting leagues in Europe.
