West Ham United could secure the signing of A.C. Milan striker Carlos Bacca but the Colombian wants big money to make the switch to London.
The Colombian would cost in the region of €30 million and his wages would next to match those of the Hammers’ current highest earner, Dimitri Payet, who is on £120,000 (€140,000)-a-week.
Bacca, who turns 30 at the start of September, only moved to Milan from Sevilla last summer, and he scored 20 goals in 42 games in all competitions for the Rossoneri.
West Ham are in the market for a striker after Senegalese international Diafra Sakho handed in a transfer request.
Sakho was previously the subject of a bid from Sunderland, believed to be in the region of £11 million, but it was rejected.
