We had to stop Ernies dad from going into the ticket office last year because he would have put the head on him. As he told Ernies dad on the phone he will get back to him on 3 occasions…suprisingly he never did once! he even wrote a letter, and the smarmy twat just put the letter back in an envelope and sent it back…with no reply what so ever…we couldnt believe the cheek of that!
They take the michael because they know it’s not as if we’re going to go down the road to wastelands and support City! You deserve a refund on your first game becasue of how far you travel for every home game, the least they can do is credit your account with a free champs league group game for the trouble caused by the incompetent arse wipes at the ticket office! Something needs to be done about their customer service techniques sharpish!
