Juve GM talks up Pogba-esque interest in Januzaj

Adnan Januzaj may have only played a handful of times for Manchester United but other clubs are sniffing around the youngster, with Juventus General Manager Beppe Marotta the latest to comment on him.

Juve were the benefactors of Paul Pogba’s decision to quit the current Premier League Champions last year due to frustration at the lack of first team opportunities.

“If they fear another case like Pogba’s then they are right,” said Marotta.

“It’s difficult to understand how we can reach a stage eight months prior to the contract expiring without seeing a renewal. Januzaj is a player showing big promise. He is a player of great quality.”

With the player still no closer to committing to the Old Trafford club, expect more links to pop up in the coming weeks.
