There’s a lot to talk about on the latest podcast and it all kicks off with a look at the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas at Chelsea. Both Ger and Willie get to have their say on Spurs’ disappointing defeat to Manchester United, while Liverpool’s average run of form and the castaway bottom five also come up as topics.

In the second half of the pod, the focus switches to Europe where there’s much love for Lionel Messi and praise for the achievements of Apoel Nicosia, though both Manchester clubs get the negative treatment for their losses in the Europa League.

To wrap up the lads chat about the first week’s results in the League of Ireland and also look ahead to some of the coming weekend’s fixtures.
