It’s been a rollercoaster start to the season for Liverpool and there’s plenty to discuss in the wake of their defeat to Arsenal and John W. Henry’s open letter to supporters.

There’s discussion on Manchester United’s shaky win over Southampton, as well as that of their less than convincing neighbours City, while the goalkeeping situations at both Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are also talking points.

This week’s fantasy football update is quite similar to last week’s with Neil continuing his good run as Ger and Willie continue to struggle and refuse to bite the bullet to play their wildcard.

To round off the pod, the lads preview Ireland’s World Cup qualifier away to Kazakhstan this Friday. The majority of the discussion focuses on Ireland, mainly due to a lack of knowledge on an opposition who are ranked 145th in the world. A win is important at the beginning of any campaign, and Ger and Willie believe that Giovanni Trapattoni’s side can get three points.
