Manchester City exited the Champions League at home to Real Madrid meaning the knives are once again out for Roberto Mancini, and the lads discuss where it went wrong for his team. No such problems for Arsenal though who are through to the knockout stages, along with Ger’s second love – Borussia Dortmund. The Philippe Mexes overhead kick from Milan’s win in Anderlecht also gets a worthy mention.

Paul Little joins the conversation on Rafa Benitez’s appointment as the new Chelsea boss following the dismissal of Roberto Di Matteo, and he is pleased that the Spaniard has found a new home. Manchester United’s shock defeat to Norwich at the weekend raised a couple of eyebrows, while Mark Hughes’ continued role as QPR boss has left plenty scratching their heads.

To round up there’s a brief look ahead to some of this weekend’s big fixtures as well as some much deserved praise for the ever brilliant RTE panel.
