Manchester United put in their best shift of the season to claim a draw at home to Bayern Munich and discussion centres around the lowered expectations of the club’s fans following a difficult campaign so far.

There’s a round up of the rest of the results with Borussia Dortmund looking a shadow of their former selves, and the all Spanish clash between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid is nicely poised.

In the Premier League, there’s a contrast in moods between Liverpool fan Paul and Tottenham Hotspur supporter Ger following their game last weekend, while Neil is worried about Manchester City’s upcoming trip to Anfield.
