There’s only one place to start this wee’s show and that’s Old Trafford following Manchester United’s controversial defeat to Real Madrid. While the panel is unanimously of the opinion that Nani’s red card was unjustified, some have a lot less sympathy for the Red Devils overall than others.

There’s discussion on Roy Keane’s comments after the game and Wayne Rooney’s future at United, before focus turns to the other sides to have progressed to the last eight this week.

Speaking of quarter finals, the FA Cup is at that stage this weekend with United facing a Chelsea side coming off the back of a Europa League defeat, while Manchester City and Everton will both fancy their chances of making the semis.

A brief look at the Premier League relegation battle follows before the pod ends with some chat around the use of statistics and their relevance in the run up to games. Are they overused or a valuable source of information?
