The Champions League trophy will be in Madrid this year after both Real and Atletico came through their semi-finals over Bayern Munich and Chelsea respectively. What was it about Atletico that saw Jose Mourinho’s team come unstuck and are the knives now out for Pep Guardiola?
There’s discussion around the Premier League with both Paul and Neil wary of getting too giddy about the title chances of both Liverpool and Manchester City. Will there be another twist in the tale with the side still to play five games between them? At the bottom of the table there’s justified praise for Sunderland and their revival, but Fulham shot themselves in the foot at home to Hull.
