The primary focus for this week’s podcast is the upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers for the Republic of Ireland against Gibraltar and Germany, with Ger McCarthy very optimistic about how many points can be gained.

There’s talk about Brian Lenihan’s call up and the role that Robbie Keane should play, before focus switches to *that* book from assistant manager Roy Keane. After mentioning some of the other internationals, the discussion switches to the Premier League and all the main talking points from the Chelsea and Arsenal game, including the ongoing debate over head injuries.

Manchester City and Manchester United both picked up three points and their performances are assessed before adverse weather conditions saw the pod come to an abrupt end.
