I have nothing but respect for the man and the professionalism he has exuded during his career.

The Euros were far from his finest moment but remember that he was carrying a knock into the tournament. I can’t think of a keeper in the world who would have shined given the insipid Irish performances in Poland.

I’m an Aston Villa fan and am very happy to have Shay between the sticks.

Keep on writing, David, but you need to do a much better job fact checking, as pointed out by the other comments.
