		<description><![CDATA[Fair point Ben but managers today are too desperate to snatch at oppotunities and then throw money at it to make it work. If a manager is interviewed for a job and lays out what he feels the current squad of players can realistically achieve to his chairman, he makes his own job alot easier. Then, right from the start, the chairman knows he is employing this man on this basis and if they cannot agree on this then he doesn&#039;t take the job. Spending money puts pressure on managers and inevitably leads to them getting fired sooner than they often should.]]></description>
