Everton have confirmed that they have completed the signing of Russian international Diniyar Bilyaletdinov from Lokomotiv Moscow for an undisclosed fee.
The 24 year old left footer, capped 28 times for his country, has a signed a five year deal with the Goodison Park club.
Speaking to the offical Everton website, chief executive Robert Elstone said the club were delighted with the deal.
“I know David Moyes has wanted to bring him to Goodison for some time and we look forward to welcoming him,” he said.
Bilyaletdinov is ineligible for Thursday’s Europa League play-off 2nd leg with Sigma Olomouc due to the Uefa registration deadline passing, and he is also unlikely to feature in this weekend’s game with Wigan.
