Also these finalists also meet in last U-17, so these French and Spanish players will continue to dominate the international stage as well,

I see the reason being that these U-19 players are in Top teams in England, which provides them with even less of a chance to play, since the Competition for Top 4 is so tough and chance/experiments can’t be made.
