Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko has committed his immediate future to Wolfsburg amid rumours linking him with a January move away from the club.

The 23 year old hitman is one of the most in-form strikers in Europe and scored 26 goals last season.

Dzeko has attracted the attention of AC Milan amongst others, but has said he will stay put until at least the summer.

“A transfer in the winter is not an issue at all,” he told Sport Bild magazine.

He signed a contract extension in the summer to offically tie him to Wolfsburg until 2013, though there is a clause which will allow him to leave next summer if any club meets a €20 million valuation.

Dzeko was part of the Bosnia side that recently lost to Portugal in the World Cup playoffs.
