He’s a bit old school now in that he has never valued possession like our continental colleagues, he’s always been about drive and finding that killer Hollywood pass, which to be fair he finds a lot but not always at the right time. I also think he creates too much fear for the younger players around him, he seems to bollock players for doing the tiniest thing wrong. I hope BR does get him to adapt and it’ll even prolong his career if he can become more measured.
