I think it depends on the state the Argentinian team is in. Nobodies could possibly predict the squad, or the starting line-up in the competition.

Also, I fear there could be too much pressure placed on his shoulders, too.

Can’t really argue with much in fairness, a lot of these players will perform but it’ll be more interesting to see who comes in form outside the list to become a big name. There’s always a couple.

If Messi continues his club form then he’ll dominate, but a few big names often bottle it aswell. Ronaldinho in 2006 for example. It’s a tough competition to perform consistently at. My money’s on Spain to win it out, don’t imagine torres being quite so fragile this summer as he has been all season
